Post this week's video

Find my newest finished video, check when Instagram works best for me this week, and schedule it there with its saved caption.

The assistant finds the video, looks up your best hours and free spots on the calendar, and schedules it. It shows you the calendar entry when done.

Monday numbers

Give me a short summary of how my Instagram did last week and which reel worked best.

You get views, reach and follower change against the week before, and the numbers of the reel that stood out.

From recording to clips

Make a project called "Podcast 14", upload podcast-14.mp4 from my Desktop and cut it into clips.

Works in assistants that can reach your files, such as Claude Code, Cursor or Devin. The assistant creates the project, sends the file, waits for it to be prepared and starts the clip run. Clip suggestions show up in the app for you to pick.

One recording, one video

Take the recording in "Tuesday talk" and make a portrait video out of it. Keep the subtitles on.

The assistant starts the edit and checks back until the video is ready, then gives you the link.

Move a post and fix the caption

Move Thursday's post to Friday 6pm, change the caption to "New episode is out" and add my TikTok account.

The assistant finds the post on the calendar and changes it. If TikTok needs a choice you haven't made, it asks you first.

Change a video that's already scheduled

I want to change the hook on the video going out tomorrow.

Scheduled videos are locked. The assistant makes a copy and gives you the link to change it in the app. Once you're happy, ask it to cancel the old post and schedule the copy.
